What to do right now

  1. Stop the water if you safely can. Turn off the main water shutoff, or the valve behind the toilet or appliance.
  2. Stay safe around power. Turn off the breaker to wet rooms only if you can reach the panel without standing in water. If you cannot, stay out and call us.
  3. Move what you can. Lift furniture, rugs and valuables off wet floors.
  4. Take photos and video. Your insurance company will want to see the damage before anything is removed.
  5. Call us at (513) 763-2121. We answer 24/7 and respond within 60 minutes.

What we do when we get there

Find the source and the spread

We stop the water if it is still running, then use moisture meters and thermal cameras to find how far it went — under floors and inside walls.

Remove the water

Truck-mounted and portable extractors pull standing water out of carpet, pad and hard floors.

Dry the structure

We set air movers and dehumidifiers where the readings call for them, and remove only what cannot be dried, like soaked drywall at the bottom of a wall.

Measure every visit

We take moisture readings on every visit and keep a drying log, so you and your insurance company see the same numbers we do.

Work with your insurance

We document the loss with photos and readings, write the estimate, and work with your adjuster through the claim.

Rebuild what was removed

Once everything is dry, our own crew puts your home back — insulation, drywall, paint, trim, flooring and cabinets. One company from the first call to the last coat of paint.

We rebuild after mold removal and fires too. See reconstruction and repairs.

Where we have been working

Cincinnati and Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont counties in Ohio, and Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties in Kentucky. See water damage restoration in Northern Kentucky.

Questions people ask in the moment

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We document the damage with photos and daily moisture readings, write the estimate your adjuster needs, and work with your insurance company through the claim. You are responsible for your deductible.

Is it safe to stay in my home?

Usually, for clean water from a supply line or appliance, once the power to wet areas is off. If the water is sewage or flood water, keep everyone out of those areas until we have assessed it.

How long does drying take?

It depends on the materials and how long they were wet. We measure the moisture on every visit, and the machines stay until the readings say the area is dry — the readings decide, not the calendar.
