My fiancée and I purchased a new home(to us) that needed some work done in the basement for mold remediation and some cracks needing repair that were seeping a small amount of water in the basement. Dry Effect came in with a respectable quote compared to the other quotes we received, their work was stellar, their contact and professionalism was stellar and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing remediation in their home. They went above and beyond protecting the items that were staying in the area and Went so far as to hand wipe down some items that were covered in some dust. Dry Effect was on time, highly responsive and effective. The mold counts in the building were reduced to less than outside from a starting point over 135,000 / m3. Both their office and technicians were effective and on-time. I'm not sure they are the cheapest, but they got the job done!! Excellent service. Read Less

After a pipe burst I needed to get the wet flooring, dry wall and insulation out before it started to mold. Dry Effect came in QUICKLY and removed everything and helped me dry out to be ready for reconstruction. They were polite and prompt. Read Less
